Billingual (f/e) Management Assistant with Food Processing Background

HPW fresh & dry Côte d’Ivoire SARL is a young food drying company located in Bonoua. For
the completion of our team we are looking for a management assistant with food
processing background.

Responsabilities:

• Monitor reporting on food processing key performance indicators and implement measures to improve resource efficiency in cooperation with line managers.
• Propose food production productivity improvement measures and implement in cooperation with production team.
• Support ERP implementation in the processing factory.
• Write production and management meeting minutes and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support smooth communication between internal company stake holders as well with stake holders within the company group.
• Assist the managing director in bilingual communication.
