Organic Farming
The Ghanaian agricultural industry is not that far from organic farming. Even without the demand for organic products, the producers use few chemicals. For good reason. The soil is healthy, unstressed and the financial budget for expensive European agricultural chemicals is small.
Organic farming offers the African producers a chance to achieve a higher added-value in the European market. Because consumer demand is clearly large!
